Music has always been part of my journey.

For most of my professional life, I have been known as an entrepreneur, author, and advisor. As co-founder, President, and CEO of Khabar Magazine, I helped build one of the leading publications serving the Indian-American community. I also authored Money Talk: Retirement and Estate Planning for Indian Americans and spent many years helping families navigate important financial decisions.

Today, my focus is helping people find affordable health insurance while pursuing another lifelong passion—creating music.

This is where I share original songs inspired by life’s experiences, relationships, dreams, challenges, and opportunities. My music blends pop, rock, and contemporary influences with melodies and lyrics that reflect both personal reflection and a belief that it’s never too late to follow your creative calling.

What would you do if you had just a year to live, asked my coach? My immediate answer was to record and release the songs I have written and share them with the world!

Why don't you, he replied? Well.. I don't have a band anymore, I don't have a studio nor the musicians to help me record it.

But intention has a way of manifesting. About a year later, I was introduced to a guy who had a music studio 15 minutes from my work, had a recording engineering degree and all of his friends were incredibly talented musicians.

With their help, the result was my first CD "Carpe Diem". Carpe Diem is a collection of songs inspired by life's journey, relationships, dreams, and second chances. Blending pop and rock influences, these songs reflect a belief that it is never to late to pursue your passions and embrace new possibilities.

The CD has gone through remakes, but it is still one of my favorites.

After we completed Carpe Diem, I didn't want to stop writing and recording. So we recorded a few more songs with a slightly different vibe than Carpe Diem with a little more chill vibe and more introspective lyrics.

The message of the songs are still very potent and very relevant to current times.

Once upon a time in the mid 1980s, there was this awesome little rock band from Atlanta, GA with some diversified musicians called Time Zone.

Their unique blend of talents had a unique sound that is worth listening to! If you like classic rock, alternative, prog rock and 80s rock, you are going to like this!

My role was the drummer, lyricist and band leader.

All songs were recorded in a modest 8 track reel to reel tape in someone's home studio.
We are happy to share our music with the world!

This is true rock n roll without all of the music enhancement tools of today!
